Our firm was founded by Francis P.
Morley, Esq. in February of 1982. Mr. Morley was the County Counsel
for the County of Hudson and envisioned a law firm which would provide
a wide range of legal services both to the public at large and to
various private, governmental, municipal and non-profit entities
in northern New Jersey. After Mr. Morley's untimely death in May
of 1982, Frank T. Koserowski, Esq. and
Kathleen M. Grant, Esq. relocated
the firm offices from Jersey City to Bayonne, New Jersey, where
they have maintained their practice until the present.
