Summary

Global Energy, Inc. owns and operates various IGCS powerplants in the Midwest region. These plants utilize an advanced "clean coal" technology that supplements the traditional coal burning process with the burning of municipal solid waste (MSW) and sludge. This process is:

• more efficient
  
• more environmentally friendly
  
• lower costing

A key component to this process is finding and procuring the sludge/MSW supply to supplement the coal source.

Services Rendered

Morley, Koserowski, and Grant's involvement in this process is threefold.

1. An ongoing effort to find potential sources of MSW/sludge.
2. Interact with the various counties and regulatory commissions necessary to procure the shipment of MSW/sludge out of state.
3. Obtain the necessary permits to build the fascilities required to process the sludge/MSW before it is shipped to the clean coal plants.
