Harrison Waterfront Associates LLC. is the developer of a new 167 room limited services hotel in Harrison on a site along the Passaic river on Passaic Street. Also included with the hotel facility are the associated parking, bank stabilization, and flood control management structures.

This plan was submitted in immediate response to the need for new, first class corporate hotel rooms in the Harrison/Newark area and also supports the Town of Harrison's recent adoption of the Waterfront Development Plan.

Services Rendered

Morley, Koserowski, and Grant is providing legal counsel and is assisting in obtaining all necessary local approvals and regulatory permits from the NJ Department of Environmental Protection and the Army Corps of Engineers.
