Current Projects
Harrison
Waterfront Associates (LLC)
Harrison Waterfront Associates is a developer of
a new 167 bed limited service Hampton Inn and Suites hotel in Harrison
on a site along the Passaic river on Passaic Street. Morley, Koserowski,
and Grant is providing legal counsel and is assisting in obtaining
not only necessary local approvals but also regulatory approvals
from the NJ Department of Environmental Protection and the Army
Corps of Engineers.
Global
Energy, Inc.
Global Energy, Inc. is looking to identify and
procure MSW (municipal solid waste) and sludge for its existing
and proposed IGCS powerplants in the Midwest. Morley, Koserowski
and Grant are providing services necessary for the procurement of
this waste and will be interacting with the regulatory organizations
to facilitate this project.
Gateway USA
Gateway USATM
is a proposed permanent trade exposition to be located in New Jersey
on the Hudson River Waterfront. The purpose of having such a facility
in New Jersey is to provide a central location where overseas buyers
can interact with American vendors and technology.
